The D Family Yet Again! {photography in roseville, ca}

I have loved and photographed this family for years! We had lots of fun, as usual. This awesome family is in the process of adopting a very spirited little two year old girl. There are many more images that I would love to show, but those will have to wait until the adoption is final.:)

The Beautiful ‘B’ Family at Beale AFB ~ {Rocklin Family Photographer}

I had so much fun with this family! I met them prior to our session to scout out the location, so this gave me a great chance to get to know these adorable girls before we started shooting.

I was standing in the water for this shot, but it was so worth it. This family was willing to do anything for a great portrait!

Family Reunion ~ {Nevada City Photographer}

This lovely family was celebrating their parents’ 50th wedding anniversary.

The patriarch of the family was a photographer himself, and he wanted a portrait very similar to one they had done many years ago. I love it.

I want to have a picture of my husband and me like this on OUR 50th anniversary too. What an amazing couple!

The D Family ~ photography roseville ca

This family sets such an amazing example of love, faith and commitment to those around them. Mrs. D (chuckle) has been my friend for years. We enjoyed a bright, sunny day in one of my favorite new locations.

Family on the Farm~ Photographer in Placer County

This family’s farm property is a photographer’s DREAM!  Views that go on forever, meadows, landscaping, barns, haystacks and lots of animals. As a primarily outdoor natural light photographer, I was in heaven here. And this family is so much fun! I had no idea this mom could be so wacky until I saw her helping me get her kids to smile. I love this family!

Mom and Dad made for a perfectly balanced pair. One kept the kids behaving nicely and the other kept things natural.

This is one of the meadows that I want in my backyard.

Thank you, M Family! I had a great time with you guys. :)

The Wonderful L Family! ~ Rocklin Family Photographer

I have so many holiday mini sessions I want to share but my computer crashed and I’m working on a very slooooooow backup PC. Here is one recent family that I just loved. I used to think that the photography itself would be the most fun thing about doing this as a business but seriously, it’s meeting wonderful families like this that is just a blast. These boys were so adorable and mom was just gorgeous. It was a rather overcast day, with rain threatening, but we made it with just a few sprinkles falling. :)

Sisters~ {Nevada City Child Photographer}

What is it about sisters that makes me feel all happy inside? Maybe because I waited 20 years to become a big sister! I LOVE watching and photographing sisters. *sigh*

I love how the older girls are trying so hard to keep the little one happy but their patience is wearing thin. haha

Family {Grass Valley Photographer}

Still trying to blog older sessions in between the newer ones. I’ve got a long list of catch-up blogs here on my desk.

This family was so easy to work with, so sweet to me. I just loved them!
