Daniel first contacted me about couples portraits while on leave from the Navy a few months ago. The timing didn’t work out but he called me again a month later, saying he wanted to surprise Courtney with another visit and a proposal. I was so excited to work with him because I could hear in his voice just *how* much he wanted to make everything perfect for Courtney. He planned the sweetest proposal in a wooded area near downtown Folsom, but unfortunately they got lost.. and it was dark… Did I mention that I still feel a little responsible for that since I was one of three people that provided him with directions to the proposal spot? Yeah, well… the good news is he proposed and she said YES!
We instantly connected the following evening when they arrived all bubbly and happy and newly engaged.I almost wished that someone had been videotaping our session to show other clients what goes into creating relaxed engagement portraits. These two just had fun! We laughed and joked through the evening. They shared my sentiment- ANYthing for a good picture. 😉
Thank you, Daniel and Courtney, for being so amazing and allowing me into your world for a while.
