It’s been a little while since I broke out my studio lighting so this was fun! She is always more than willing to pose for me.

Dramatic much?

Welcome to my blog and thanks for stopping by. I'm an on-location photographer living in Foresthill, California and serving surrounding Placer County, Nevada County, El Dorado County and Sacramento County. This includes the towns of Nevada City, Grass Valley, Auburn, Cool, Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln and portions of Sacramento County. I can come to your home or we can meet at any number of local parks, ponds or trailheads. Do you have an overgrown field in your backyard or know of a quaint old bridge that crosses a creek? The location ideas are endless!
I specialize in children, from newborns to seniors, and their families, Even if you have the most reluctant toddler or camera-shy teenager, I can assure you that my patience is limitless. I will work together with you to create beautiful memories and give you top-notch service.

What is it about sisters that makes me feel all happy inside? Maybe because I waited 20 years to become a big sister! I LOVE watching and photographing sisters. *sigh*

I love how the older girls are trying so hard to keep the little one happy but their patience is wearing thin. haha

And the whole family!

Still trying to blog older sessions in between the newer ones. I’ve got a long list of catch-up blogs here on my desk.
This family was so easy to work with, so sweet to me. I just loved them!

Here is one of my favorite families! Never blogged these after our session

The title says it all. I enjoyed every minute with this family.

Things have been crazy over here. From late April to mid-June, we have my husband, dad and mom’s birthday, 3 of the kids’ birthdays, and then there’s Mother and Father’s Day! We’ve had lots of parties together lately.
This one was a test shot at a new location. The oldest two obviously do not like having their picture taken and chances are slim that you will see another picture of them on my blog. Luckily, my middle guy will tolerate it and my daughter, as you can see, still hams it up for me. I try to get more natural expressions from her but she insists on putting on a performance. haha

And one from her recent birthday party. My little sister made her a cupcake-cake.

One more new location we played around at.

Here are just a few from my latest senior!

The weather was a little iffy as we planned this session but in the end, it cooperated and we had a beautiful day with the L family and their twin girls.

Mom and Dad, I’ll have the gallery ready this weekend.
